5.3 to 6.0 swap -- can I replace my 2005 ECM with a 2004 ECM? I'm wondering just how much the ECM integrates with the rest of my vehicle...
I am planning to swap a 6.0L into my 2005 Suburban and I have a 6.0L ECM from a 2004 Silverado. Can I swap that ECM into my 'burb without modification? I have HPTuners and can modify the 2004 ECM but I'm not sure what kinds of problems I might run into, and any advice is appreciated!
