Actually they are in Dearborn Heights, but I'm sure the OP would map quest it if he planed on going anyways lol

I actually decided against a stroker from livernois back in May in favor of boosting the stock motor, embarrassing right? I'm covering up the car tonight ☹️

I hear ya. When I was quoted $900 for a tune I pretty much wrote them off my list. Although I've recently seen some great prices on their head porting options

Livernois has a good rep going back to the late 90's and Mustang 5.0's.

17K is a lot to have a poor driving car.

I don't like leaving things like this open ended. I took the car to MotorCity speed to swap to an 8-rib pulley up the boost and retune. No sensors had to be replaced, the fuel system was fine and the car's driveability are much much improved, it isn't stalling at idle and we picked up ~55whp from the extra 3psi. Fingers crossed that the stock ls1 hangs on for the summer, but I'm finally excited about driving the car again.
