Default Me?

I seem to be getting the weird stuff. So i hear this strange intermittent scraping on the right front . Find the inside of the wheel, (Chrome)? peeling off and slapping the brake caliper. Seems i always get the weird stuff happening. 2000 Formula Firebird. Really love driving this car, cant wait to see what happens next. Had a 5 0 Mustang thought he was bad, stoplight turned green needless to say he couldnt keep up. Thanks again to all you guys out there on this site. Your help is always appreciated and on point.

That's not really uncommon as these cars get older. I had that on a set of older wheels as well

Does it compromise the structural integrity of the wheel? Sounds like a dump question but after having other strange happenings with this car never know.

Not at all. It's just a chrome covering on the wheels. They'll look ugly underneath but won't harm the integrity of the wheel at all.

Default Great

Car has over 90,000 so will match the bad paint and old age. Great fun to drive.

No, just scrape and clean it as best you can and paint over the peeling areas with POR-15.
