99 t/a build So I bought this 99 trans am it has no wiring harness or computer. I'm looking to do a ls3 build I'm wondering if I can get all the harness an computer an make this car legal I have no idea about this kinda stuff some ppl have said they ain't sure if I could get the car legal without having the right computer

If you reside in California there's probably some truth to that as they have strict emissions laws. Stock ECM's are the 0411's and can be had for cheap as well as the GM engine harness for the 98-02 Fbody. I had to do some shopping around on Ebay in order to find a decent 4th gen engine harness that was for a manual and not the automatic transmission.
