Default Stock Harness with New Motor

Hello all, just joined today. I've been around the car scene for quite a while, but I'm used to playing with old school small block Chevys. My next project is going to be something new, a 1LE Camaro (still looking for the right one). Once I get the car, I want to remove the engine and get working. That said, let's say I change the crank, pistons, heads, cam, injectors, intake, etc., can the stock harness still be used? In other words can I just plug all the sensors back in and get the computer reflashed to work with all of the modifications? Thanks for the help, and I look forward to hanging around here.

Injectors changed?? Maybe. Maybe not. Different GM fuel injectors use different connectors. Different crank shafts also have a different tooth count - different connector. It all depends here . . . .
