Is there a company or anyone that sells k member spacers for an Fbody? I’m trying to install a Holley hi rise intake on my 2000 trans am, but seems I need to lower engine to have it fit under the cowl/windshield area.

Hawks sells some spacers, but i wouldn't use too much of a spacer, get the rest of the needed clearance by notching the cowl. Seems like lowering the K-member too much would alter the suspension geometry, and cause too many other issues with bump steer and alignment, steering shaft length as well I'd imagine.
