Default Stupid question but can you re-use male AN fittings?

Re routing transmission cooler lines and need to change the female ends over to 90° from 45° I was going to leave the -6 male end fittings in the transmission, but didn't know if that sealing surface would need to be changed after having been mated to or torqued to a different female end.

Don't want any leaks obviously.

Thanks

Should be fine if they aren't damaged from being over torqued or from crap in the threads or seal area.
