Pulley noise?

Pulley noise? Have a 5.3 in an old chevy truck. Has ac. Making an ugly noise... any ideas? Noise seems to be around water pump but another friend thinks for sure its idler pulley. I sprayed with lube and no change. Sure appreciate any help. Video here:
