Modernized rear seatbelts Is there anyone who makes a drop in seat belt set up for the rears belts that “ratchet” for potential installation of car seats. My daughter really wants to ride in it.

Why would you have to change the belts? Child car seats were used for decades with your current style belts without issue.
Check your owners manual. It'll be in chapter 1 towards the end. If you don't have a manual then this link should bring you to the exact section you need.
