Building my first turbo build and damn near at a standstill b/c of the knock sensor/ microsquirt v3 dilemma I'm having! My engine is a 2000 5.3 lm7 Stock bottom end, sloppy stage 2 cam, springs, truck intake, 92mm throttle body, 80# seimens deka injectors, VS racing denmah cast 78/75 turbo package, blag blah blah... got heads installed and ready to drop valley cover on when I realize the engine I bought has no knock sensors. Do I carry on without knock sensors since I'm using the basic microsquirt v3 ls plug and play kit, or no? Engine will only see track time and 110 octane vp fuel is not a problem for me... (don't ask, just VERY fortunate to have a "guy I know") I've literally learned nearly everything from these forums and appreciate all the no nonsense info posted here. Thanks in advance!
