Default Lots of Questions

Good evening,

I'm looking into doing some new work to my 98 Z28, I'm wanting to run the Huron Twin Turbo setup but know I need a much stronger motor since the one I have is stock components. The car is not a daily driver and has sat for a very long time, so I'm sure it has dried out seals and gaskets. My first question is, should I rebuild the current motor to hold the power or replace the motor for a larger motor? What internal components should I use? Which transmission, suspension should I go with? It will not be at track only car; I already have a Strange 12 bolt. Thanks for the help.

There are lots of choices, Your best bet is to spend some time looking at other builds on here.
What kind of budget?
What are your power goals?
How many miles on your current engine?
Is it going see a little or a lot track time?

The current motor has 105k on it, looking for around 700-800 rwhp, the budget I'm thinking around 2k on transmission, and 5k on the motor. As for the track, I will take it for events but those are pretty rare.
