Default Cam recommendations for my 6.0

Looking for some cam recommendations as I get ready to build a 6.0 for my 71 camaro. It’s a tremec 5 speed car with 373 gears weighs around 3,300-3,400 pounds. I have a stock bottom end 2006 lq4 6.0 with 243 heads that are milled 0.10 . Will be running a stock ls6 intake with 92mm throttle body. Thanks In advance!

What are your goals for the car?

Daily? Weekend cruiser? Street/strip? Race car?

I've been really happy with my Elgin 1340P .585/.585 lift and 228/230 duration @.050", 112LSA ("sloppy stage 2") in my 6.0 Lq4/T-56 six speed in my S10. It's got a healthy, fairly choppy idle but doesn't buck like a lot of cams tend to at low rpm. I'm also running a stock LS6 manifold, and it pulls hard from idle all the way to 6800.

I agree that cam seems like a great option. I ended up going with the sloppy stage 3 hopefully it works out well
