4.8L swap- need advice. Currently looking at 2 different low miles 4.8L engines for a street rod project. My plan is to setup for speed density tune and run a newer EFI intake. I am looking at 2000-2002 4.8 because the ecm is not setup for drive by wire.
just curious if newer 4.8 (up to 2007)work if I get a ECM out of a older 2000-2002 and get tuned? Will have new harness made for the project.
