I have a Lsx bowtie block, The crank shaft I have is a 24x wheel…. Can I still run a 24x wheel in a lsx block and just mount the 24x sensor up front???

Im about to start assembling, and I need to know

You can run a 24 crank just use the correct crank sensor and pcm.
If the block won’t allow for a rear cam sensor, run a cam sensor off the front cover using the correct cam sprocket for the application/pcm.

No change to crank sensor location but no rear cam sensor location so you'll need the harness extension and run the front cover with cam sensor. You'll also have to clearance the cover if running a double roller timing chain.
