Hi, I have a 02 WS6. I disconnect the battery and later when I hooked it back up and started the car. It ran rough and did not want to idle. I let it run for a few minutes with foot on the gas. Turned it off and restarted and then the idle seemed ok. Is this normal after the battery was disconnected? Is there some procedure I should have followed when I hooked to battery back up?
Thank you
Joe

Totally normal!
Anytime you disconnect the battery for a period of time the ECM will have to run through its systems checks and it will run rough at first.

Yes, this is totally normal. There is an idle relearn procedure that can be done, but as you have discovered it will eventually relearn on its own.
