Default Ls block engine mount locations

Do all LS blocks have the same engine mount location? Exhaust port location? Like is the LS1 the same as LS7? For mock up purposes I might use a junk engine is what is driving the ?
Thanks

Yes. All LS engines use the same mounts/locations. Exhaust port locations are the same, sizes and shapes differ depending on type, but the location is physically the same.

From a 327 to 454 all with the same size external dimension LS block. One of those big things in a little package deal depending on what foundation you choose to go with.

Yes you can use any blown up LS series block for mock-up purposes. My foam mock-up block works for EVERY LS series engine and should fit all the vortec series also (LQ4/9 and smaller 4.8 and 5.3).

What you're asking is how to re-purpose an aluminum LS that chunked a rod through the block or otherwise broken to the point of non-rebuildable.
