Default Ignition RPM issues

What would cause rpms to drop to zero then back up while driving.

So I have on old 2004 Suburban, that I'm trying to get back on the road. I have noticed that the engine hunts a little while idling, and it feels like it stumbles while driving. Nothing major just a little drop in power and then comes right back, barley even noticeable.
But' a couple of times the Rpms just fell out, like if power went out. But nothing else was affected, just the rpms. Went straight to zero and then back up. The drop in rpms lasted just a second if that.
Any one have any ideas?
I am throwing the following codes:
P0174 - BANK 2 FUEL TRIM SYSTEM LEAN
P0171 - BANK 1 FUEL TRIM SYSTEM LEAN
P0446 - EVAP CANISTER VENT BLOCKED

Check all the vacuum lines,
Check Fuel Pump/Strainer/fuel filter/Fuel regulator. (Fuel pressure is a indicator here.)
