Truck won’t do burnout

I can’t for the life of me get my truck to spill the tires unless I’m on loose ground. It’s a cammed (Btr truck Norris) 5.3 making 320 to the wheels so I feel like it should no problem. It still has the stock converter And 3.42 gears. It’s a 4x4 on 33in tires. I’m leaning towards it being the tune or the converter/gears but I want to hear what you guys think
also should mention there isn’t a button for trac control and I honestly have never really figured it out
and the torque management should be completely disabled

If you had traction control you should get feedback from your gas pedal when spinning your tires on loose ground. I will cause a pulsing push back on the gas pedal you can feel with your foot. The ABS works with the traction control to stop the spinning and the pedal feed back is so that you know. If you aren't feeling that then you don't need to worry about traction control as the cause.
My guess is the 33 inch tires. That is a big wheel. How wide are they? The whole idea of big traction tires works against the idea of spinning the tires.

Rear brakes are very strong on these trucks compared to the cars so if your trying to do a standing burnout with the brake try and stall the engine as high as it will go, then kind of release the brakes enough to get rear tires to spinning and lightly get back on the brake .... LOL (takes me back to high school days!)
If the tune is junk like you said though you need to address that first...

Your truck is just begging for a yank SS 3200 to 3600 converter and 4:56 gears. Then it will rip with no disregard....... Just my .02¢ . heck I ran a ss3200 and 4:88s with 35s and wish I went more on the converter, like 3800+. But mine was also a cammed LY2 4.8 that absolutely loved to Rev. So it was it's happy place.

Stock torque converter, 3.42 gears on 33Inch tires...... Adding camshaft duration is NOT the way to cure that.
I'd re-gear the truck before touching anything else: 4.56 for off road, or 4.10 for a daily Pavement driver would be a good start.
