Default Oilpan clearance

Has anyone measured the clearance from the bottom of the oilpan to the top of the steering rack on a 2000 Camaro, 8 cyl.
I installed a new crossmember and solid motor mounts and it seems to sit high to me. Mine measures 2 3/4". It's a Holley pan, but should be similar.

I have a stock k-member and oil pan in one of my cars and the BMR with a Moroso pan in another. I'm dealing with electrical on the 01 right now and they're both off the ground so I could measure them for comparison if you like. The stock k-member has solid mounts and the BMR has poly mounts.

The stock measurement was what I am looking for. Pan to top of rack.
Thank You !

I couldn't get the engine/trans at the correct angle. The trans was hitting the top of the tunnel before I got close to 2 degrees. I shortened the solid mounts and lowered the engine about 1.5". The pan clears the rack by 1" now. Plenty of room to level the centerline. What a pain in the butt. Looks ugly too.

Sorry, I haven't had a chance to get that measurement for you yet. I'll have some time tomorrow and I'll let you know what I'm finding.
