Default Problems with LQ9 swap

I just swapped in the lq9 2005 Chevy rscb that had a 4.8 but I didn’t swap the transmission (4l60e) out just install a shift kit and corvette servo on it and when I turned the motor on I had a lot of codes and I’m pretty sure it’s because I have to tune it but I also have transmission codes and I’m new with swaps so the question will tuning and flashing the Ecm fix all the problems and get truck running or is the wiring something I also have to look in to?

It's the wiring. A ground specifically.

The 4.8l computer would start and run that LQ9 in that truck. I've done it, several times.. you have some wiring issues.
