Default ls3 mystery wire connector

I have a supercharged LS3 (1966 corvette restomod) that I bought at auction and the air intake system was missing. I have everything replaced but have a one wire connector from the harness that doesn't have a home. I believe this car did not have a MAF and was tuned that way but since the connector only has one wire I am not sure where it goes . . it is on the drivers side front of the engine harness . . possibly where MAF connector or alternator connector would go. The car starts and runs for a couple seconds then stops. I don't currently have any codes. Any ideas?

Definitely not a MAF connector. Looks like an alternator connector to me.

Looks like alternator, trace the wire and see where it goes.
