that's really not that good. i'm talking 19-24 AVG mpg over a whole tank, mixed city/hwy driving. and so far my car has never seen seafoam or injector cleaner in the 25k i've put on it out of the 77k it has seen. just one more reason to go w/ an fbody over a mustang lol.

 

yeah im about average with everyone else i run about 200 a tank. kinda sucks but i love the sound of the V8. i drive an A4 z28 with all free mods and a flowmaster exhaust. i found the exhaust added a lil gas milage

 

11 mpg town 30ish highway

 

Finally got to do some all highway driving. Pulled in 29mpg so i was pretty excited, I get about 16-20 city depending on if my heavy shoes are on or not

 

M6 mixed driving 21 average for over 30,000 miles of record keeping. I have logged every drop of gas since I bought the car new. I even have a spread sheet going for all expenses. The old expression choose your battles is how I drive. I nail it (flog, beat, stomp, whail, smash) selectively. Of interest might be that my oil consumption goes up as my fuel economy goes down.

 

I was averaging about 20mpg mostly driving to and from work before the LS6 Intake and CAI. That was about 50/50 driving w/ the A/C on quite a bit and some WOT runs. I'm sure a plug change could help that out some though. Not quite sure what I am getting now, can't seem to keep my foot out of it recently.
