Rich Shindell's "Kenworth Of My Dreams" tells of how he "sold my old Camaro, sold my fishing boat" so he could get a down payment on the big rig of the title.

i may have missed it but did anyone mention the country song "Chatahoochi" (i think thats what its called)
"we fogged up the windows in my old chevy, i was willing, but she wasnt ready"
theres also Crocodile rock which mentions an old chevy
as for pontiacs, the first song that comes to my mind is "19 somthin" by mark wills

as for cadillac's you can't forget the old chuck berry classic "maybelline"

Good job man i didn't think ANYONE one here woulda known that one, i got OLD 7" with that song on one side and a song called "C A M A R O" on the flip side but can't remember who sang that one....the copyright date the record says 1966, so im positive they were promotional songs used by GM to promote the Panther ERrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr i mean Camaro
