Wink Oh to get into an f-body again

I sold my '00 Z28 in June, and bought a '98 vette. I hadn't driven an f-body since then...until yesterday. We ended up getting the '93 formula back - which had been sold to my boyfriend's brother (he didn't want to keep it because of gas mileage). I took the car yesterday for a drive and all of the f-bod memories came right back to me...

- The way the seatbelt cuts my throat (I am 5'3"). In my vette the belt is a titty splitter, but in an f-body it just chaffs the hell out of my neck

- The sloooooow power window motor (buying a new one this weekend!!!!)

- The rattles, squeaks, and other noises

But oh nothing is quite like driving an f-bod I saw my old car at a meet a couple weeks ago, man what a weird feeling to see someone else driving my old pride and joy!

I miss my f-body too. I miss the color (navy blue metallic), and I miss the T-tops. There's so many cars that I would love to have, yet so little garage space.

I miss almost every car I've ever sold. With the exception of a '94 Corolla. No love lost there.

WTF. How weird. For whatever reason yesterday I was thinking of this thread, and how when I originally posted it I forgot to check the replies. How strange that today it is bumped back up to the top

I want to get back into an fbody again....

Nah, considering this section isn't even that old doesn't really mater. In other threads where its an arguement or something and the mater is resloved, then its really annoying when it comes back from the dead.

I had that same feeling this past july, having sold the 89 Formula in April of 05, I was F-bodyless until I got the Hawk vert. SmileMaker
