Believe it or not ny insurance is higher for my 98 TA than my 2000 vette they tell me the ta cost more to repair in the event of an accident.

I pay 130 a month with full coverage on my ta and my wife's grand marquee. As for how much it will go up i am not sure that it will go up all that much. I had a V6 mustang before i got my ta and when i switched to my ta it only when up like 15 dollars a month. You just have to shop around to see were the best deal is.

I'm 22 with no speeding tickets. I had a 2000 v6 camaro, and I was paying about $90 a month for full coverage on it. I bought my '00 TA, and it went down to $65 a month for full coverage. Oh, and I'm insured through Allstate in Florida

You're all lucky you don't live in Jersey. My 02 TA and my 05 Colorado are $3200 for 9 months, with the TA listed as a pleasure vehicle.

well.. i thought i was the young one on here. Im 18 now but got the tranny at 17.. covering collision my insurance was something near $1200 every 6 months.. I really only cover liability now.. **** happens.. but as long as i try my best to stay safe and not be a dick.. it will be someone elses fault and someone else will have to pay for what happens to my car.. but like i said.. **** happens sometimes. but i try my best and switing from a ford escort to a trans am my insurance did not raise a penny between the two only covering liability. I pay something like $1000 a year

Put it under your parents names with you as a "secondary" driver instead of primary. Im paying $100 a month with 3 tickets due to it being my moms name as the primary.

..Full Coverage btw
