I need a write up on 2000 v6 mustang clutch install, this a t5 tranny right?

anyone ever attempted before i just need tips or something, cus im doing one for my buddy tonight on his 6

bah...tell him to pull out the six while you guys are at it...lol. j/k...you may be better off on a ford forum...unfortunatly, most of the guys on this site hate any other type of car.

heres what you do. you remove the driveshaft, take the shift **** off, take off the slave, the tranny mount, check for wires and hoses attached and remove. screw the fluid. and drop the tranny out. then you take off the clutch and flywheel, have that resurfaced (something thats going to be hard to do at whatever time of night it would be on labor day) then reverse the steps just with the new clutch. it's a car, theyre all the same just a little different.
