I have napa autozone and advance all within walking distance of my house. I also have two tire stores just as close along with two chevy dealerships and two locally owned repairshops that specialize in car customizing. I htink i live in carguy land actually. I ussually hit up autozone first then napa. If they don't have what i need then i go ask a freind at the local shop if he has what i need. Last resort is Advance auto. Mainly because i use to work there and i know how the manager treats his people. Not to mention the last part i bought from them an alternator was assembled wrong, had to take it apart and reassemble it right.

I've worked at Oreilly's, Auto Zone, Discount, & Advanced and Oreilly's was the best by far. Parts wise and Business wise. Then Auto Zone. I'd go to NAPA if their prices were better. They stock good parts mostly.

I usually go to Advance because Napa never has anything in stock. It seems like Napa always gives me the "we don't have one here, but I can get it in first thing tomorrow". It really annoys me. Also, Advance and Autozone have better store hours than Napa in my neighborhood. I think that auto parts stores should be open 24 hours on weekends and sell booze...

the autozone here has always been cool with me, lets me scan codes on our family's obdII cars and borrow tools to pull a quick fix in the parking lot (****** alternator on our blazer) can get most of the general maintanence stuff there, get royal purple at the napa up the street, hell autozone even had the MSD blaster coil i got

I use autozone, just becuase i hate the discount auto's around here. Never can get help in them. Although the help in autozone isn't much better. If i need serious parts for the car, it's always NAPA though.

I go to the closest place to the house, and if they don't have it I go to the next and the dealer is the last place I go.
I worked at NAPA when I was in my early 20's, I could get their parts for 1/2 off then but now...I go where's closest/cheapest.

Autozone. The 2 stores around here are awesome for minor stuff. They put windshield wipers on my car and I didn't even ask. I would say Advanced Auto Parts is right up there though.

i used to go to autozone cause it was convient but those people dont care...the carquest people here in jasper are awesome and suggest only the best and seem to care to get you the best instead of make a profit and really know there ****. if they dont have anything, it is there at 7:30 the next mornin, i am with them all the way

i go whereever im close to unless i know one has a particular part. vatozone for GC and simple stuff, pepboys for alot of actual parts. i go expecting them to not know what they are talkin about unless the computer tells them. bring a gm part number at least. there have been a few times i have told them "its not in ur computer, but get me this(trans mount is one thing)."
