hhahaha none sports car to a f-body.. i went from a 96 windstar to an 81 and 82 z28.. to a 96 z28... to my 99 ss (pics in my sig) i guess it takes getting used to.. took me like 2 mintues.. the only tricky part is parking in tight spots some times.. and as for a seat cushion.. the seats move up and down.

There is nothing comfortable about the car, but I got used to it.

I didn't buy it to be comfortable anyway.

The first time I took it for a test drive, I thought the same thing. After about a day or so of owning one, I started to really like the low ride, the interior set up and the handling. I've been hooked ever since.

I had a 98 Jeep CHerokee, and before that all i dorve my moms van. So i went from something really high off the ground with no hood to somehintg sittin on the ground with a huge hood. It took a couple days, but now i prefer the way my bird sits. Its hard to drive the van now.

Don't know why you'd want a seat cushion. My mom used to drive my Z28 all the time and loved it. She's only 5'1", said she didn't have any problems seeing out. One time I was riding shotgun with her driving. We're at a light, that goes straight ahead and merges into the interstate. She floors it, spins the tires all the way through 1st and doesn't let out until we're doing 100mph getting on the interstate.

Any car that I drive other than an F-Body feels like I'm driving while sitting on a TALL bar stool...You get used to the comfy sitting in a recliner kind of feel (of course not as much cushion.. ).

^^^ not only a bar stool.. but I always feel way too propped up, and most cars arent bucket seating so if you try to get used to the fbody feel, it's impossible cause of the cusioning.

ive driven some other cars the past year for short times, like an 06 malibu v6, 06 sentra, 04 altima. and it's just a totally different experience. i didn't like it.

I had to drive that malibu for over a week while my TA was in the body shop after a small accident.

the car wasn't bad... but wow... I couldnt do that for much longer. I felt weird.

Hmm....I find the seats very comfortable and supportive. I think the electric controls that can inflate and deflate the different cushions in the seat are really cool. I never really use them though

I learned to drive in an fbody and it is weird to drive anything else. People in general don't know how to maneuver RWD like they used to and conversely I don't do well with FWD compacts.I definitely like driving them with all the fun and quirks they have. For some reason I like being passenger in higher cars though. I've been in the back seat and passenger of fbodies and it is much scarier and feels dangerous to me. Just my experience of 6 years.

i started with a 96 beretta then an 01 monte carlo ss, first night i had my camaro ss, i was afraid to floor it. It felt like satan was screaming everytime i hit the gas,lol as for the long nose, i liked driving it at night first cuz the car is black and i guess i was just used to the position on the road at night, i dunno, just felt wayyyy more comforatable learning at night. The seats suck, i hate them, i want GTO seats dammit!!

I was lucky, cause the only car ive owned that wasent an f-body was my first car when i was 16, an 87 mecurey cougar with a 3.8, slow as hell and it was a boat!! After that i got an 86 IROC, 00 RS, and now an 02 Z28 so ive been lucky to have learned on a big car. But my wife was so scared to drive my car, now she asks to take it places and she drives a friggin explorer!! Just take it easy for awhle in tight spots and u will be fine!!!

I went from a tiny old Honda to my 01 WS6, and I love how the Ws6 feels so much better. I'm also in the 6'3" club, and the car is incredibly comfortable and enjoyable to drive.

You get used to not seing your hood or whats infront of it and you also get used to the Ginormous doors. You also get used to not being able to have people ride in the backseat.
