Default 2002 Maroon z28 m6

They got the 228 that i have been talking about lately. The 2002 35th anv. z28 m6. Maroon with black leather interior. It has 64,000 miles a little more than he told me to begin with. The car is Immaculant. It has a hurst short throw shifter. SLP intake. SLP catback exhaust. He said gears, but i dont know what size. And a couple suspension things that i cant remember. Interior is perfect. The outside has a little scratches and dents. He said he would make me an apointment to get the dents fixed for free. His asking price is 15,000 but I am supposed to call him tomaro morning at 10 before the banks close and he will give me a finall price for the car that i can take it or leave it.

Who's "they" a private seller or a dealership?

The 35th Anniversary Camaros were red....not Maroon. Sounds like you need to make sure it's an authentic 35th Anniversary Camaro rather than a cheap knock-off.

They made the 35th anniversary edition available on cars in 2002 ((Found this thread on a different website after a bit of searching: http://www.ls1.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16398 )). It didn't have to be a 1LE to still be a 35th anniversary car. That price sounds high to me, I got my 2k Z28 with 58k miles for $12,500 it is the time of the year where dealers will be lowering their prices to get these cars out of their inventory before they are stuck with them over the winter season. Good luck on buying a new car, and most of all make sure YOU are happy with the decision you make.
