Default Can some one help me out????

My 2nd gear just started grinding last night. I was driving, and when i went to shift from 3rd into 2nd to slow down... it wouldnt let me in, and it grinded... and at higher rpm shifts it either grinds, or gives me a lot of trouble getting in gear.. my third grinds every once in awhile when i am shifting at the track also.. do you think a new master cylinder, and the drill mod will fix this?? or do you think i have a larger problem.. the tranny is semi-new... the only factors that i can think of that are contributing to this are.. i grinded 2nd really bad at the track like 2 or 3 times?? would that really ruin my tranny that quicK?

i figured out today that i can go from 1-2 fine usually.. but when i try to go from anything else to 2 it grinds.. i dont got money!

Heh....GO AUTOS!!!!!!
But anyway if it makes you feel better it is a common problem on Mustang GTs. My bros 02 GT has had that exact problem (grinding into 2nd) since he bought it more than 2 years ago and its still running strong. Well as strong as a GT can anyway

When you hold the clutch down, try letting the RPM's drop as much as they can then shifting, see if it still grinds. Might buy you some driving time.
