What is stock exhaust worth?

I've got a guy that wants to buy the stock catback from my WS6. It's in good shape and has 60k miles on it. What's a fair price?

I don't understand, he could buy a muffler for the same price and have a XXXXXX catback essentially?

If you can take $100 for it and not feel like an *******, go for it!!! Otherwise, it is worth about $40...

What is he buying it for? It can't be to put on his f-bod, b/c anyone with a clue would know that replacing the muffler on his catback would have a better increase in power and save him money...
