Default A little ABS Inop/ASR Lights help

Well it's not really a big issue to me right now, but I'd like to fix it. I have no asr nor abs. I've pressed in the connector to the sensor in the rear above the axle, checked the fuses under the hood and now getting on here and asking. What else can cause those lights and the asr/abs not to work? My car's been this way since I got it. Right now it's my daily driver and asr would be a little nice I think on those heavy rain days.

You need to get the car on a scanner to see what exactly what's going on with it. You can't just look at it physically and see if a sensor is bad or if the ABS motor went out.

Do you have stock gear ratios, differential, tire size? I was having the same problem since I have taller gear in the diff. After adjusting the wheel size with my Predator tuner it went away after a couple minutes of driving. Although, the ABS INOP light still comes on if I brake/ downshift really hard.

I understand that. I was just wanting ideas on anything else. I can scan it anytime I need. I was looking for all the physical things to check. But thanks too. I'm thinking it is a bad sensor anyways.

I have the stock gear, rear end, and tire size.

Check your wheel sensors and see if they are damaged is any way. If the magnetic pulse isnt consistant due to a chip or whatnot it can set off the abs light.

My guess is a bad wheel speed sensor. Been there, done that. Same symptoms as yours. Not on an F-body though.....
