Wrong, that is Cayenne Red Metallic. I should know, my 97 camaro was that color. Its beautiful, like SOM but more redish.

Being that the car appears to be parked in front of a resto type shop I'd assume the paint is redone as well as maybe even more parts of the car such as suspension and steering.
