Default Limiter hit on WOT shifts

Every once and a while my rev limiter with hit on the shifts. My guess is the trannys slipping. Any ideas?

Before you start worrying about replacing/rebuilding the trans, check the fluid level. 4L60Es are very picky about fluid level. Make sure that it's in the crosshash marks on the dipstick.
