I HAVE A FLOWMASTER MUFFLER ON MY STOCK WS6 EXHAUST, AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT. IT SOUNDS BETTER THAN ANY LS1 EXHAUST I HAVE HEARD IN PERSON, AND ITS A INEXPENSIVE TO DO. I DONT BELIEVE WHAT I HAVE READ HERE ON THE FOURMS CLAIMING POWER LOSSES WITH FLOWMASTER. IT MAY NOT ADD POWER BUT I'M SURE IT DOSENT ROB POWER.

If your claim is true (Im not saying it is or isnt) why would you spend money on an exhaust not to gain anything?

you guys are kidding, no more dual dual system? why the hell not, it was one of the best sounding systems out there, especially with headers, cuz it sounded mean as hell, but a more quiet. that sucks if they really dont have the dual/dual anymore.

That is gay.......well I promise a true dual or GMMG with headers makes your car sound like a little teacup.....you fairy

and yeah it does rob power.....

DUAL DUAL is definitely an awesome system, I wanted something that was a little more grouchy at 5000 up and what looks more like a MAN'S CAR than a big shiny chunk of stainless hanging out from underneath the back of your car! Trust me true duals and GMMG can't be matched so don't settle for less, just save until then. "becuase anything less would be indignified" (haha Space Jam the movie((yeah I was reaching ALOT!!)))

True Duals =
GMMG =

GMMG is nice, but I opted for the Bassani system instead. Not because of price either (Bassani is very $$$ as well), but sound. The Bassani with S/C muffler has a very similar note to GMMG, just less volume. And it looks just as good (IMO), with the high polished stainless muffler and tips.

yes I agree the Bassani is very nice, I like the sound of them and they look good also. The GMMG just seems to be a perfect fit replacement, maybe i've just exagerrated in my head or something, but you are right. I even head a bassani system on a Mustang that sounded BA!! Now that is hard to do...make a mustang sound good! Haha!!

My DD with headers/ORY and a 236/236 112LSA cam sounds sooooo sweet.

It has a different exhaust note than any WS6 I've heard.

FWIW, if I didn't have Bassani, I'd get GMMG. It's my second favorite. I just wanted to keep a lower profile with this car so I picked something that sounded similar to GMMG but with less volume, and had a similar appearance.

I also really like the SLP 2OTL system, but it only looks good on Camaros/Formulas due to the lack of a passenger side tailpipe.
