Hmm, I'd go with performance. Then again, TT2s would look really good and you could have fun shining them up...

Either way. Sounds like either decision will make you happy. I vote for rims/tires though b/c you cant hook as is according to your sig. What good is a cam if you never hook?

Consider doing both. I am. I have a 98, so I am throwing on an LS6 intake when I do H/C. Might as well paint the intake before install. FRC’s are not that expensive. Might as well add those and paint to match. No sense in not painting my air lid to match. Granted, these appearance mods are not as visible as wheels.

Performance gets my vote. Although I'm not a huge fan of the stock wheels your car looks pretty good and its clean.

I think you car looks good. I'd do the cam. I've always went after appearance but now I would rather have a car with some more power and a good sounding lope to it.

I'm going to go against the grain and say that tires/wheels should come first, but then again, my car looks faster than it is, but I'm perfectly ok with that.

You can get the cam and go faster 10% of the time, or you can get wheels/tires and look good 100% of the time.

I usually would say make it faster, but your car would look sweet with TT2's! lower that bitch too...

ditto. and keep your stock rims to throw a set of drag radials on.

Put the cam in yourself. Watch the for sale section and you can pick up a cam for $350 shipped usually. Print off the instructions and do it with a buddy.

I'm a fan of a well rounded car, normally I would say do the cam, but if you did you're not going to grip with piddly 245's. You seem to have a fair amount of mods, and only 1 for appearance and wheels would balance you out and make your car more evenly modded. Think about it, after your done with the wheels there isn't much you can do to the outside that costs and arm and a leg unless your switching hoods or wheels again, so from that point on you can go to performance. Theres nothing wrong with having a bolt-on TA with a nice hood and wheels. I'd rather that than having a cammed TA running around on 16's.

IF you do end up with wheels get something besides the tt2's. They are so overplayed I'm seeing them on 89 hondas.

Dont do appearance before mods!!! make it go fast 1st then make it look good after. If you do appearance 1st then that means more people are going to be messing with you and wanting to race. So as always said make sure your engine can cash the checks your body is making . Your car looks good as it sits so just leave it alone apperance wise

Look fast + Go fast =
Look slow + Go fast =
Look slow + Go slow = Understandable
Look fast + Go slow = ...and you could be considered a 'ricer'

Now, all that being said, in your case I might go with the wheels since you already have some performance mods and some wheels is really all your car needs as far as looks go...

I think if you do wheels/tires you should maybe do some LCA's also. I would also lower it. I really like www.umiperformance.com I have there LCA's and Adj. PHB nice stuff and good prices.
