25k wouldnt be too bad considering its been out for 5 years and has 10k miles IMO

 

avg retail is $18,500. NADA If you buy it at that price(25k) and crash/total it on the way home your going to be screwed for about $9000 bucks. NADA value minus salvage value is what you get if you buy it back So IMO $25,000 is $5000 to $7000 to much.
There is a 99 SS for sale in my area with 44k on it for $15,999. Insurance will only pay 11k for the car. Minus 2400 for salvage value meaning the car is really only worth about $8600. You need to seriously look at all the angles here, not just the fact its a ws6. Insurance companies dont care. Ask me how I know.

Well its worth the 11k that the book says, if you dont buy it back.
