Default Somebody got one HELL of a deal on a Camaro

I've been searching for a another Camaro lately. A few days ago, found the ad on autotrader at around midnight (I check daily and it was not there the day before) and set my alarm to wake up right when the dealer opened so I could call and say "I'll take it". Sure enough, when I ask if it's still available, "We still have the car here, but took a deposit on it late last night."

It was an '02 M6 NBM Camaro SS w only 21k miles (fully loaded, ebony leather, all SLP options except the CME exhaust) for $14,000!

Correct me if I'm wrong, isn't NBM even more rare than SOM on an SS?

I doubt NBM is more rare than SOM on a camaro, I have no proof but I have seen dozens of NBM camaro's and have never seen a SOM one

Somewhere I have seen the production numbers, and I too believe SOM is definately more rare than NBM. Don't see SOM nearly as often.

If something sounds too good to be true, it may very well be. Or you might get a great deal. I got a great deal on mine because it had been a dealer/demo car for the first year. Turned out alright, though.
