A friend of mine has almost the exact same mods, only difference is a 78mm fast intake, stock injectors no smooth bellows and dynatech headers with catted y and he put down 380 to the wheels on a dynojet with 3.73 gears after a tune session. So you should be the same.

Need a set of good flowing heads. Maybe even get rid of the cats if possible.

IMO a 90/90 would be a blatant waste in his situation. He would be much better off putting that towards cnc'd 243's with money to spare. Colder plugs? He's not spraying, so I think he's using the right plugs for his setup. I agree with you on the td comment though that should net him maybe another 10.

I layed down 383 today with same setup minus pullies. 13% humidity and 60*. It was still pulling when I backed off but no one told me that it was still making power so I cut the throttle at 6K. Guess I should have taken it to 6500 with the comp 918's.

I had similar setup but with Patriot 243 heads slightly bigger cam and hit 411 rwhp. My first run before tuning was something like 392 so don't be disappointed at first.
