im mainly curious because tomorrow im pickin up a 98 z with 210,000 on it, all original. claims it runs awesome no problems. only 3500 bucks which is the price of a roller from what ive seen. im just seeing if the original guts will last threw the summer with just bolt ons on it. then do a build for the engine and tranny and possibly rear end next winter.

165k on the orginal motor and auto trans! 93Z28! When I rebuilt the trans there was still a lot of life left in the trans. the motor on the other hand had been ran out of oil at about 90k! All it needed was a crankshaft!
