LS6 intake or not

Default LS6 intake or not

I was told that some 01 Trans ams WS6 came with an LS6 intake m, I was wondering if this is true and how do I know if I have one

Yes stock you should have the ls6 intake.

It should have one stock, but heres the casting numbers on them if you want to double check....

LS1 intake manifold, with EGR (98-00 F-body) = 12561269 (formerly 12560688)
LS1 intake manifold, no EGR (from 97-00 Corvette) = 88894095 (formerly 12557846, 12556333)
LS6 intake manifold (01-02 F-body) = 88894339 (formerly 88890524, 88890523, 12561184)
LS6 intake manifold (from Corvette Z06) = ? (formerly 12573572)

Thje LS6 intake replaced the LS1 intake for all applications in `01.
