lol same here, my wife loves the car, loves the 5 times in the last year i have let her drive it, shes asked about 50, but she complains i am always on the damn site, i said ...."you got american idol and i got american muscle" needless to say she gets over it

You guys go at it the wrong way. I am always looking up car crap. My wife is not into it the slighest bit. The trick is to use the ol "Well honey the guys are going out to the strip club tonight" or the "my buddies are getting hammered at this club", if your girl has half a clue she would much rather have you sitting home looking at car crap talking to guys about it then out blowing your paycheck on getting **** faced with chicks grinding on you.
The other thing I found good is get a laptop. You can sit on the couch with her as she watches her "chick flicks" and you play on this site!

Lately my gf's been nagging me about spending to much time reading this site and not enough time talking to her. I told her if she had anything interesting to say maybe i would talk to her more. Somehow she didnt find that amusing. But on a positive note she left me alone for a couple of hours to attend to my car.

Im stuck in a weird situation with all my gfs (current one included) when it comes to my 03 cobra...they dont hate it....they dont like.....they just dont understand lol. my gf doesnt bug me about it at all really, but its clear theres this barrier of misunderstanding like she just doesnt get it. Guess im lucky lol

My wife likes the car, just dislikes me working on it, going to car events, drag strip, and especially spending money on it! So its not to bad, she digs the site because I can't spend money while browing!
