My friend has a full-interior late model civic that put down 706 whp with low compression in 1 cylinder and maxing out the fuel setup. Another friend that knows the car says if everything were perfect and the fuel-system upgraded he should have mid 800's. Not bad for less than 2L displacement.

This was on race-gas, but the car is full interior, full accessories and he DD's it when he wants.

I mean if you wanted to you could drive a race car on the street, you have to define what you mean by street car, If you mean street legal it should have all emissions on it cats in OEM location, legal tires and all that crap, when it comes down to it ANYTHING can be made fast just how much $$$ you wanna drop

^^street legal doesnt exactly mean he can go ride around town for awhile, or go pic up some groceries..... but it was impressive none the less
