I'd like some decent seats that match the stock cloth upholstery.

I thought the cloth seats in the 1999 model were the best in design appearance.

The 2001 (I'm just throwing dates out now) looked like a Californian designed them.

Sequential shifter for the T56 (a la the Aston-Martin system) that does not cost the price of the whole car

Real Vararam ram air system for f bodies (like the C5/C6 systems, NOT "cold air")

Good airbag equipped aftermarket steering wheel, maybe even in suede ( a la Momo/Sparco)

ALL 304 true dual system, tucked up against the unibody, with turndown dumps AFTER the axle, WITHOUT PHB relocation/elimination

Lightweight, but STRONG (alloy or chromoly housing/alloy center) 9" or Dana 60 with a very high bias/super strong Torsen diff

Adjustable lightweight swaybars

Affordable 4 way adjustable reservoir shocks/affordable big brake/caliper systems

Lightweight carbon/kevlar composite seats that cost less than $1500.00 - $3000.00 each!!

Carbon/kevlar FLAT hood for Z28s (VFN are you listening??!?)

MAX performance summer treaded tires that stay sticky in < freezing temps

Some of the lightweight, "ricer-tuner" wheels (I know MOST on here love the "blingy" $h!t, but I think some of the powdercoated, ALL one color import crap looks good!) in OUR bolt patterns/offsets/widths/diameters

STRONG alloy suspension pieces

I did not read the whole thread, so if some of these have already been suggested, I'm sorry.

Yeah, same as the '98 models. I think the cloth seats are more comfortable, too... I want some more supportive seats, I can't really push the car as hard as I'd like because I slide around too much... Would be nice to get some aftermarket seats that matched the rest of the interior.

HEY DAILYDRIVER!!!

*Real Vararam ram air system for f bodies (like the C5/C6 systems, NOT "cold air")

Try the SSRA SLP unit and cut the factory "grill" out like I did. I had a (well I think( grill craft black screen on it and it looked stock. Huge opening, not very streetable in the rain, like the Vararam.

------------------------------------------------------------
*Good airbag equipped aftermarket steering wheel, maybe even in suede ( a la Momo/Sparco)

I don't remember the company but they retain the airbag and COMPLETELY replace the entire fabric on the wheel, not a cover. Very nice they work on Mercedes and Corvettes, I'll post the link if/when I find it

-------------------------------------------------------------
*Carbon/kevlar FLAT hood for Z28s (VFN are you listening??!?)

I'll post the link if I can find it, HIGH QUALITY for around 600-900. Available in fiberglass, even in Carbon Fiber, not show quality though.

---------------------------------------------------------------
*Some of the lightweight, "ricer-tuner" wheels (I know MOST on here love the "blingy" $h!t, but I think some of the powdercoated, ALL one color import crap looks good!) in OUR bolt patterns/offsets/widths/diameters

Try stock Z06 wheels from 2002-2004, lighter than the forged 2001 wheels yet more than strong enough. Just get them powdercoated, (I am they powdercoat anything) and cover the Corvette flags. Definately good for performance over the stock F-bodies or heavy thin aftermarkets. I noticed a WORLD of difference on my Z28.

---------------------------------------------------------------
*I did not read the whole thread, so if some of these have already been suggested, I'm sorry.

No one has posted anything serious yet so you didn't miss anything.

I hear ya, I went aftermarket sport seats because I was literally flying out of my seat after I COMPLETELY upgraded my suspension to semi-track set-up. I had to hold the passenger seat to stay in place.

Oh yeah, for those of us who really own daily drivers that aren't afraid to take our cars out when its shitty,LOL, tank tracks that automatically come down from the wheel well in snow so you can really have traction in the winter,LMAO. I love my camaro but they suck in anything but dry weather,LOL. I guess having owned over 20 of them helps with that for me but i figured I would out it out there for you to take stabs at.
