I've never been impressed by the looks of the GTO personally, and I've been in love with the Cobra ever since my first ***-beating by my buddies '04 Cobra. He had two fat chicks and a full tank of gas.....I was empty on my way home from the track. 4 car lengths in a matter of nanoseconds was enough to convince me. 
. Of course, I've done a few things since then, but still wouldn't try my luck from a highway roll with one. Cobra FTW.

I'm not trying to downplay the cobras, they are sweet but i raced a few of them with my ss, 2 on the street and one at the track and didnt loose to any. granted we both had dr's but he was still 2 tenths slower...but vs the GTO i would definately go with the cobra

I sat in a '07 GTO today, because I was considering one myself... That interior is 
and boring. I almost harked something up looking at the steering wheel.. The ONLY way I would buy a GTO is if I knew I was going to have it look like this (which I was planning to do):
The interior killed it for me... Whatever happened to style of the old pontiac interior man??? Hell.. Even the G6 GTP interior (which I also sat in today) beat it out!
Voted Cobra. I wouldn't say more potential, but it's easier to get numbers out of it.

this is the first post ive ever read criticizing a GTOs interior. thats one of the cars strong points.

compared to my Formula, my friend's GTO doesn't even RESEMBLE a pontiac.

The Trans Am interior reminds me of a real classic sports interior. It's not built the best, which I wish they would've worked on, but I liked every bit of styling to it.
