I started my 355 build in late October. tearing a motor out ina gravel drive way takes some time took about 3 weeks considering I only had 1 day a week to do . motor has been out of the car and disassembled since December. Now its finally going to the shop in about 2 weeks. My project finish time is early summer late spring i hope.

My max was about 1 month during my Dewitts radiator/oil cooler install and valve spring swap. Sent the headers to be ceramic coated and that got delayed.
The car was down about 3 weeks for my G5-X2 install.... again waiting on parts.

Camaro's never been down so far, but I've only had it for 4 months now. When I had my talon I was driving home, hit a huge pot hole and broke both bolts off that held the carrier bearing to the motor on the DS front half shaft. I didn't know it for about 1000 miles of driving on it. I noticed something was wrong when my clutch started slipping so I thoght it was going out again. So I ordered a new clutch it came in 4 weeks later and I took it to school to work on it and noticed that the half shaft was laying on the lower control arm and the boots were busted. got a new halfshaft and put it in and replaced the bolts and no more clutch slipping. I really kicked my self cause I orderd a 425 dollar clutch before I really looked to see what was wrong.

Well let's see... I'd say that my car has only been "up" about 14 months, collectively, since i bought it four years ago. And 12 of that was the first year I had it. Haha notice my signature.

my 85 iroc has been down for 3.5 years. Blew motor at 220,000. Since then went through college so didnt have time or money. When i got out bought a 00 ws6 vert and starting sinking money into that. I do have a lt1 and 6speed in it just need to wire and address rearend and wheels. Its a long ongoing project.
