now that i think about it the input shaft lengths are different im pretty sure, but i think theres bell housing adapters for the viper tranny to an lsx engine.

pretty sure the guy was refering to motor mounts... or atleast thats what i think would make the ltx swap easeir than the lsx swap. unless you want a big block... the 8.1 would use your same motor mounts

. IMO the LS1 Swap would be the easiest/ best. LT1's suk lol with the opti spark BS just all B.S. Also you can find wrecked LS1's all over the place and they will sale the motor and harness and all for like 2gs
