I've been thinking about getting one. How much extra does it cost for one there?

Well, here in NC, it takes 30-45 days once they get the order in and approved. And it's $30 extra a year for renewal....so it comes to a grand total of $58. I just got my plate in last month : MYSSROX!

12-16 weeks here in LA, I ordered mine the week of Thanksgiving. ******* lazy bastards in the Penn still haven' t stamped the bitch! $25 per year in addition to the regular registration fee. A one-time $3.50 administrative fee and $8.00 handling fee will also be due.
