I park my three third gens through the winter -- the purple one gets carport status (would love to have a garage!), just got the '00 T/A so in bad weather it gets space number two on the carport, then the Sept. 11th Tribute ('92 T/A vert) sits with a cover on her in the driveway. I keep insurance on all of them -- I hadn't thought about limited coverage during the winter, but then again - I'm an old lady and my insurance isn't that high anyway.

My 6-cylinder Camaro is my DD until it sells, all year long.

I'd rather call a cab. Or take a bus. Or buy another spare car. Or walk.

I would risk freezing to death before I'd expose my F-body to salt. Yeah I know I'm crazy.

Same here lately, except nothing in the forecast. I actually drove mine jan 1st and 2nd, they hadn't salted in a month or so and it had rained a few times, roads were squeaky clean

I leave mine in the garage almost the entire winter. If there is no salt or snow on the roads and the temp is above 50° I will take it out for a spin.

I store mine all winter. Had it in the garage since the end of October. I pulled all coverage off it and just put on what my insurance company calls "storage insurance" which is basically fire/theft/vandalism coverage. There are a couple other things covered in it as well.

I store mine in the winter with full coverage in case there is a day or two that the roads are clean and I can run it around a little.

It has been covered and curled up on the carpet next to the furnace since Jan. 4th.

haha I store mine in the summer now. It is just way too hot and humid down in south Florida to even want to think about driving a black t-top car with black leather.

I agree 100,000 percent LOL the city is the worst 1 inch of snow and they put down 5 inches of salt. So happy mine sits in a garage under a cover for the winter months.

I put mine away for the winter, but this is the first year I have dropped the collision coverage.

I hated seeing your car covered with snow after we got hit with that heavy stuff a few weeks ago. I just bought a house and moved out of the complex last weekend. Still working in Plymouth though and I still want to take you up on that race once it gets warm. But from the looks of your sig you'll have about the same mods as me.

What is this winter you speak of? I don't believe that Houston ever gets a chance to see one. lol

But we do have surface of the sun temps 360 days of the year.

Peace,
Craig.
