Well..I'm 21 with no job and no college...and in my local area there are no new 06 GTOs for that price..they are all still 32-33k.
So 20k for a slightly used paid off 05 is good enough for me
Also, I have a habit of not keeping cars very long...so I might not have this for more than 6 months...
